As 六合彩马来西亚 grows to a city of 2 million people, the City鈥檚 Land Development team plans, designs and delivers residential land for sale in greenfield and infill neighbourhoods to increase the housing stock and encourage housing affordability.
This ranges from low, medium to high density development that will aid in creating denser, vibrant and diverse neighbourhoods.

This project rezoned portions of 13107 - 128 Avenue, 13023 - 128 Avenue, 13019 128 Avenue and 13007 - 128 Avenue, from AJ (Alternative Jurisdiction Zone) and AP (Public Parks Zone) to RA7 (Low Rise Apartment Zone) and AP (Public Parks Zone), and closed the N-S 130 Avenue road right-of-way into 2 parts, to be consolidated with the proposed subdivided parcels, to create 1 multi-family lot and 1 large park site. The intent to allow for a multi-unit affordable or supportive housing development and to designate the remainder of the area as park.

The City owns approximately 119 acres of land in Heritage Valley Town Center. 55 acres will be dedicated as municipal reserve for the District Park and the remainder is planned for a storm water management facility, future LRT alignment, utility lots and a mix of commercial and high density residential.
Servicing design has been ongoing for the saleable lots, school site and the park. The City started grading in 2022. The remainder of construction expected to start in Q2 2023 with completion in 2024.

River Crossing is the transformational redevelopment of West Rossdale. This project will see the creation of new public spaces that support our connection to and through the river valley, celebrate 10,000 years of Indigenous placemaking and gathering, and invest in the rehabilitation and reuse of the historic Rossdale Power Plant.
Land Development will advance the community redevelopment components of the River Crossing vision including investments in the transportation network and upgrading servicing to enhance connectivity and catalyze private investment that will see the creation of up to 2,654 new households.
